J'ai reçu le produit avec les deux colonnettes de gauche mal soudées, et elles se sont désolidarisées immédiatement au vissage. Le trou dans la porte étant fait et n'ayant pas le temps de m'embêter à trouver qqc pour le reboucher en attendant un remplacement , je n'ai pas pris la peine de renvoyer le produit, comptant sur les 6 restantes. J'envisage de commander deux autres hublots. Merci de vérifier que tout est bien soudé avant.

J'ai acheté ce produit pour l'installer sur une porte d'entrée d'épaisseur 60 mm. Les vis fournies n'ont pas permis l'installation immédiate. ces vis sont standard, pour une porte de garage, en général d'épaisseur 40 mm, conformes aux indications figurant sur le site : diamètre 4 mm, longueur 35 mm. Un contact avec le SAV. Réponse immédiate avec envoi des vis pour épaisseur de 60 mm. En attendant, installation avec des vis provisoires. Le résultat est parfait. Simplicité d'installation, esthétique, luminosité agréable. Axone-Spadone.fr : un site fiable, oui sans aucun doute. Merci.

Bonjour. Je ne suis pas content. Au moment du montage il était impossible de visser les vis à fond. Résultat j'ai dû recouper toutes les vis.
J'avais pourtant bien précisé que ma porte faisait 55mm d'épaisseur.
De plus pas de gabarit dans le carton.
Sincèrement très déçu car aucune réponse après mon mail de contestation.

Notre réponse : Bonjour, les vis que nous fournissons sont faites pour des portes de 40mm (ou presque) et 60mm (ou presque). Pour des épaisseurs plus particulières comme votre porte de 55mm, il est effectivement nécessaire de recouper les plus grandes vis fournies ou de vous en procurer d’autres.
