30-day return for a worry-free purchase
You have 30 days to change your mind! If the items you order are not suitable, no worries! For a return made within 30 days of receiving your order, we will fully refund you using the payment method used for the order (Credit card, Paypal, Check).
The condition for getting a refund? Contact our order service. If your order was delivered by Colissimo in France, we will send you a free Colissimo Return label. Otherwise, the return costs are your responsibility. You will just need to return the items to us in good condition along with all accompanying elements (box, instructions...). Don't forget to mention your order number in your return package. Simple, right?
