Warranty for Spadone Garage Doors

The up-and-over doors (excluding Mezza-SW), sectional doors (excluding IQA), and service doors manufactured from January 1, 2024, benefit from the following contractual warranties:

5-year warranty

We guarantee the durability of wear parts on our garage doors for a period of 5 years, specifically on springs, cables, rollers, pulleys, locks, handles, seals, and hinges, under normal use in a domestic setting, averaging 5 cycles (opening-closing) per day. We guarantee the durability of the panel coating for 5 years.

10-year warranty

The purchaser of a Spadone garage door benefits from a 10-year warranty starting from the date of purchase, ensuring reliable and secure operation of their garage door in a domestic setting, with an average of 5 cycles (opening-closing) per day.

10-year minimum warranty

We are committed to providing spare parts for our garage doors and ONE motor systems for a minimum period of 10 years.

Motor warranty

We guarantee our ONE motors for a period of 5 years, under normal use in a domestic setting, which is an average of 5 cycles (opening-closing) per day. Motors from other brands are guaranteed according to the manufacturer's conditions and at least 2 years. Excludes installation, removal, and return shipping costs for factory inspection. Remote controls and other related accessories for the motors are guaranteed for 2 years (excluding batteries).

Damages caused by are excluded from the warranty:

  • non-compliant installation or neglected maintenance
  • intentional or unintentional destruction
  • external influences such as fire, water, salts, bases, acids, abnormal environmental conditions, acts of God, extreme weather phenomena (lightning, strong winds)
  • expansion of panels due to direct solar radiation
  • mechanical deterioration due to non-compliant transport, storage, or assembly
  • undercoats and other surface protections
  • repairs carried out by unqualified personnel
  • use of foreign parts without our agreement
  • damage caused by negligence / intentional destruction
  • removal or deterioration of the product number.

Our warranty is limited to the provision of replacement parts for components deemed defective after examination by us, excluding any involvement in any other damage whatsoever. The costs of dismantling, installation, and return of parts will not be reimbursed. Replaced parts become our property. The right to the warranty is only applicable in the country where the garage door was purchased. The goods must have been purchased through a distribution channel recognized by our company.
