Who will take care of your package? How? How much does it cost? We'll tell you everything!
At Axone Spadone, we pay close attention to delivery because a happy customer is one who receives their order quickly and in perfect condition. When finalizing your order, you have several delivery options:
Delivery by Colissimo
We always strive to ship your packages as quickly as possible, so our packages are shipped on average less than 24 hours after receiving your payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). To achieve such good results (self-congratulation feels good sometimes), we have chosen to work with Colissimo services.
As soon as your package is ready to leave our factory, you will receive the tracking number by email to follow your package. If your order needs to be shipped in multiple packages, you will receive an email per package, followed by a summary email. Generally, the good news confirming the shipment of your order will arrive in your inbox before 3:30 PM.
What is the delivery time?
Your Colissimo will arrive within an average of 48 hours for Metropolitan France and 3 to 7 days for Europe. It is delivered without a signature, so you don't need to be at home. If your package is small and you have opted for home delivery, it will be placed directly in your mailbox (except for bulky packages of course).
We offer delivery to a relay point or the post office when possible.
Where?
France, the overseas departments and territories, Europe (with Colissimo International), and a few countries worldwide. If your destination is not available, do not hesitate to contact us; we might be able to activate it.
How much does it cost?
In Metropolitan France, Corsica, and Monaco, count on €4 for a delivery to a relay point or €5 for home delivery.
Colissimo delivery is free for France with purchases over €120!
In Europe, Overseas, or elsewhere in the world, starting from €6.90, but it all depends on the weight of your order and the destination.
For this price, we include the box and optimal protection for your items! And since we know that no one likes shipping fees, we have made an effort on these fees by covering a large part ourselves.
Delivery by carrier
Colissimo imposes a size limit for packages. Since some of our products are outside their standards, we use specialized carriers to deliver them to you:
- DSV : European leader in logistics
- TRS: Leader in the delivery of home joinery products
What is the delivery time?
Generally, you should allow for 2 days of preparation and one week for delivery for an order by carrier.
Where?
In mainland France, Corsica, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, and a large part of Europe. If you reside in another country, do not hesitate to contact us, we can find advantageous solutions on a case-by-case basis.
Attention: Please note that these deliveries are feasible provided there is access for heavy goods vehicles. Therefore, the delivery address must be accessible with a 19-ton vehicle (carrier - approximately Width 3m / Length 10m / Height 4.2m). Otherwise, unloading will take place as close as possible to the final destination, or an additional charge for delivery in front of your home with a 3.5-ton vehicle may be incurred. We do not know in advance the additional cost of delivery with a 3.5-ton vehicle as it is not fixed and is determined by the carrier once the order is taken over.
How much does it cost?
Starting from €29.90 for delivery by carrier, depending on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
For garage doors sold exclusively through the online store (Velocia range), the delivery cost for mainland France, Belgium, and Luxembourg is included in the displayed price. For Corsica, a flat fee of €180 is applied.
For all other garage doors, the delivery flat fee will be indicated on the quote.
Factory pickup
If you live in the north of Franche-Comté, you can come to pick up your order directly at the factory.
What is the delivery time?
At the Delle factory, it's instantaneous... within reason. Wait until we notify you by email, but we will be very quick.
