This kit allows to replace the TORSION springs of a 40mm ISOLATED sectional by multiple horizontal TRACTION springs.
without a parachute
with tension springs along the ceiling rails (easy maintenance and adjustment)
with 3mm single cable

This kit comes with everything you need to replace your springs, pulleys, fasteners, cables, screws and bolts...
The strength of the springs is adapted according to the width of your door.

2 shoes + 2 M8 bolts
2 bottom sectional castor supports L&D
2 castors with ball bearing rod Ø11
2 remote cable hooks L&D + extension cable

2 mobile nylon pulleys Ø50
2 fixed Ø70 pulleys mounted on a support with perforated cable hooks
2 cables Ø3 with loop L7m
4 springs adapted to the size of your door
BE CAREFUL TO MAKE SURE THE DOOR IS OPEN AND LOCKED, SPRINGS REMOVED !!!
Attach the hanger shoe to the back of your horizontal rails
Attach the 70mm pulley and its support to the front of your rails.
Remove old cables and bottom bracketsroller
Attach the new bottom bracketsroller
Hook the springs to the movable pulley and the shoe
Pass the cable loops to the lower wheel supports, then Ø70mm pulley, Ø50mm mobile pulley and hang on the perforated bar.
Test spring balance and tension
This kit is an "adaptation" kit, not universal, it is possible that, depending on the design of your door, the assembly may need to be slightly adapted.
Excluding bulky items, orders placed before 1pm are shipped the same day. You will receive by email the tracking number of your package as soon as your order is shipped.

Kit de remplacement ressorts de torsion
Ils sont un peu rêveurs au service expéditions chez Spadone. Il a fallu 3 envois pour que la commande soit complète! Il n'en reste pas moins que le kit est bien conçu et le matériel de qualité. La pose demande un peu d'adaptation au type de porte rencontré et s'adresse plutôt à des bricoleurs avertis. Au final le système est beaucoup plus facile à utiliser et à régler que les systèmes à ressort de torsion. Je recommande ce produit.

Acheter ce kit pour remplacer mes ressorts Un très bon produit se monte très facilement Quelques soucis de ressort mais cela venait de ma faute J'ai contacté le SAV qui sont vraiment professionnel et on résolu le problème très rapidement Honnêtement si vous avez besoin de remplacer vos ressorts il ne faut pas avoir peur de le prendre ce kit c'est génial très très bon site

Quand on ouvre le colis on se gratte la tête on s'intérroge???!!! Je me suis dis que j'allais en "baver" et puis on se lance et là le vrai bonheur tout s'enclenche à merveille. J'ai mis 3 heures pour installer la compensation. Bon produit matériel sérieux. Fournisseur à recommander. Tout est super. Merci beaucoup.

Porte de garage Wayne Dalton
Suite à la rupture des ressorts de torsion de ma porte Wayne Dalton (4 mètres de large), j'ai utilisé le kit de remplacement. Livraison en 72 heures, explications claires, pose réalisée en 2 heures (sur les conseils d'Axone-Spadone, je n'ai pas remplacé les roulettes, j'ai aussi conservé les accroches des câbles sur la porte et la poulie fixe existants. Fonctionnement parfait après réparation.
