Elle est non compatible avec la porte. L axe ne rentre pas dans la porte . Je me suis fais avoir

Notre réponse : Bonjour,
Non, vous ne vous êtes pas fait avoir. L'axe de la poignée fait 9mm comme indiqué sur la fiche produit.
Si votre serrure a un carré de 8x8 ou 7x7, la poignée n'ira pas en effet.
Un retour est toujours possible quoi qu'il arrive.
