Our sectional garage doors use 2 technical bases: "single-rail" or "double-rail" guide rails.
Single-rail doors are quicker to install, but still require an operator.
The double track system is justified for high (over 2125mm) or non-motorized doors.
→ 1 single horizontal guide rail → Hinged top panel supportroller → Max. height 2125mm → Must be use with a garage door opener* *the motor is needed to close the top panel.

→ 2 horizontal twin guide rails → Fixed top panel supportroller → Manual and motorised operation

How do I determine the minimum lintel drop for a motorized sectional garage door? It's quite simple!
For a motorised sectional door, we recommend a minimum lintel drop of 150mm (the motor rail is thus placed 20mm above the top rail).
Example for a height of 2000mm under lintel you need at least 2150mm under ceiling.
If you do not have this space, we also have other solutions to meet your needs.
