These bushings are inserted on the axes of the rollers and allow the garage door to be centred. They thus limit the movement of the door leaf.
If your garage door nevertheless shifts too much to one side, you may want to reconsider the parallelism of the tracks.

These spacers with an open shape allow their insertion (or removal) directly on the caster rod! Unlike classic rings where you have to disassemble the support and the caster to insert the ring on the rod then reassemble everything.
