This kit allows to replace the TORSION springs of a 40mm ISOLATED sectional by multiple horizontal TRACTION springs.
without a parachute
with tension springs along the ceiling rails (easy maintenance and adjustment)
with 3mm single cable

This kit comes with everything you need to replace your springs, pulleys, fasteners, cables, screws and bolts...
The strength of the springs is adapted according to the width of your door.

2 shoes + 2 M8 bolts
2 bottom sectional castor supports L&D
2 castors with ball bearing rod Ø11
2 remote cable hooks L&D + extension cable

BE CAREFUL TO MAKE SURE THE DOOR IS OPEN AND LOCKED, SPRINGS REMOVED !!!
Attach the hanger shoe to the back of your horizontal rails
Attach the 70mm pulley and its support to the front of your rails.
Remove old cables and bottom bracketsroller
Attach the new bottom bracketsroller
Hook the springs to the movable pulley and the shoe
Pass the cable loops to the lower wheel supports, then Ø70mm pulley, Ø50mm mobile pulley and hang on the perforated bar.
Test spring balance and tension
This kit is an "adaptation" kit, not universal, it is possible that, depending on the design of your door, the assembly may need to be slightly adapted.
Excluding bulky items, orders placed before 1pm are shipped the same day. You will receive by email the tracking number of your package as soon as your order is shipped.

Kit plutôt bien pensé. La notice bien détaillée. Quelques adaptations à faire. Rien de méchant pour un bricoleur confirmé. Le fil de traction est plus visible et donc il peut être dangereux pour les enfants. Le mécanisme est plus bruyant qu'avec des ressorts de torsion. Attention s'il y a une pièce de vie à proximité.

Bien conseillé par le vendeur, colis reçu rapidement, notice claire, montage simple, fonctionnement impeccable en remplacement des ressorts de torsion. Je recommande !
Kit de remplacement ressorts de TORSION porte isolée 40mm
Top montage réglage par contre bruillan à l utilisation je recommande ce produit pour remplacer les ressorts Wayne dalton cassé maintenant on verra si ça tient 10ans comme les autres.

La personne au téléphone, m'a très bien renseigné, et, du coup le kit s'est très bien monté.
Kit remplacement ressorts torsion.
Kit peu convaincant sur son efficacité réelle à faciliter l'ouverture / fermeture d'une porte garage Wayne Dalton de 2,12m x 4,00m. Le système de tension des ressorts par câble est plutôt limité. Il permet "seulement" d'aider à l'ouverture et limite le retour brutal de la fermeture. Le pb majeur reste l'encombrement disgracieux des câbles lorsque la porte est ouverte... Impossible à résoudre. Heureusement que les ressorts sont logés dans une goulotte...
